We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social service activities/charity on secure online payment gateway as under:
(i) The amount which will be deposited in our account by the agencies not to be transferred to the same stake holders.
(ii) The amount will be used for social welfare activities.
(iii) The amount will be collected from the Govt of India, State Govt ,Public , Private and other agencies but not from the illegal agencies.
(iv) The amount will be used for project activities only.
(v) Kapileswar Ghoshal Memorial and Welfare Trust expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.
(vi) Kapileswar Ghoshal Memorial and Welfare Trust also seek proper explanation and reason from the user. Further, it will also require verification of the user and need documents of proof as well as for donation unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control.
(vii) Any verbal request or telephone call for cancellations and refund of online donations shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Your refund request must contain the details such as date of Donation, amount of Donation, mode of Donation i.e. Credit/Debit Card or Online Payment / NEFT or UPI payment and should reach Kapileswar Ghoshal Memorial and Welfare Trust office within 7 (Seven) days from the date on which you made the donation.
(viii) The date on which you made the donation online, electronically or through other means, OR The date on which you handed over the cheque / demand draft to Kapileswar Ghoshal Memorial and Welfare Trust or someone authorised by Kapileswar Ghoshal Memorial and Welfare Trust for this purpose.
(ix) The date on which you despatched the cheque / demand draft to Kapileswar Ghoshal Memorial and Welfare Trust by any other means.
